Top 10 of ‘09

Last month I was thinking it would be a lot of fun to post the top recipes of 2009, since so many favorites get lost in the archives. I have really enjoyed reading similar posts on other blogs this week, so I think my suspicions are confirmed! I put this list together with not only some of my favorite recipes in mind, but yours as well (by way of comments and emails I’ve received). Happy Cooking in 2010!

10 Green Pea Pesto with Walnuts
9   Broccoli-Cheddar Soup
8   Salt & Pepper Tofu
7   Apple, Cheddar & Thyme Galette
6   Baked Zucchini Fritters with Feta & Herbs
5   Twice-Baked Potatoes with Rosemary & Feta
4   Baked Brie wiith Rosemary, Almonds & Cherries
3   Simple Tortellini & Spinach Soup
2   Flatbread with Gongonzola, Caramelized Onions & Arugula
