1.1.10 Happy 2010!
Hello everyone and Happy 2010! I hope you had a wonderful holiday with family and (hopefully) enjoyed a bit of time to relax. As you can see, I have been a busy bee and am very excited to start off the first day of 2010 with the shiny, new fresh365. I will be busy updating old posts and fine tuning over the next few weeks, but make yourself at home and have a look around.
A couple things...
• In the new photography section, I will be posting favorite photos, Photoshop tutorials and general tips and tricks I have picked up along the way. One of my original goals when starting fresh365, was to work on my photography. By devoting an entire section to this, I hope it will be a place where we can all learn and grow in our talents.
• I often receive questions via comments or email. I thought it would be fun to publish the questions so everyone could comment and participate, so "ask e" was born. Plus, I just really love giving unsolicited advice.
• The technical side of things confuses the heck out of me and while I was hoping to have the RSS feed automatically redirected, it doesn't seem to want to cooperate. So, if you could please, please *update your feed to http://www.xfruits.com/fresh365/?id=86920, this will save me from pulling out more hair than necessary. This feed will send you new post updates from all 3 sections—recipes, photography and ask e.
• Any comments you left in the past 3 days on the old blog, did not transfer over. So, no you are not losing your mind. It's not you, it's me.
Thank you all so much for your support, and although I have been pretty MIA in the blog world recently (and life in general, if I am being completely honest), I look forward to catching up with your posts as soon as possible. I am also hoping to stay on top of flickr, facebook and twitter in the coming year. Lofty goals, I know, but if you are on any of these sites, please link so I may follow you. Feel free to shoot me an email at erin (at) fresh365online (dot) com, if you see anything strange from your end or just want to say hello. Looking forward to an excellent 2010!

* Update 1/2. Some of you are having issues with the above feed. Since there are 3 different feeds, I tried to merge them all into one. I will work on getting this figured out (if anyone knows anything about RSS feeds, PLEASE contact me), but in the meantime, you can subscribe to each feed individually:

Erin, wow! I love the new look, and the new features -- photos, "ask e."
(p.s. I made your harvest hummus on Christmas and it turned out great! I had to make it in several teeny batches because I only have a mini food processor, but it was sooo yummy. Definitely going to be making it again!)
OK, off to poke around the new site some more...
(p.p.s. you saw a bear?)
